Tungsten Bar, also known as tungsten alloy bar. Tungsten alloy rod (WMoNiFe) and Anviloy 1150 are refined from metal powder at specific high temperatures using special high-temperature powder metallurgy techniques. This tungsten alloy rod material has a low coefficient of thermal expansion, good thermal conductivity, and excellent material properties.
At high temperatures, tungsten alloy rods serve as a material with a high melting point and low coefficient of thermal expansion. The addition of tungsten alloy elements improves workability, toughness, and welding. The performance of materials is based on the elimination of heat treatment related issues with other tool materials in the manufacturing of tungsten alloy rods.
